#6: Inner Room Epiphanies

Did you ever take notice of how much time you spend each day in the bathroom? When I was a construction estimator in the 70's (sheesh, that was a while back!), I had to figure one hour per day per man of wasted time on big jobs...roughly 11% more labor costs than it took to actually do the job.
Since Matthew 6:6 says we are to pray in our inner room with the door shut to our Father who is there already and sees you as you really are anyway (physically AND spiritually), why not spend the time 'coming boldly to the throne of grace' while there?!! You might also keep some devotionals tucked away in a spare trash can or on the tank for a quick spiritual pick-you-up so you get His point of view as well as that of an author like Spurgeon or Oswald Chambers on your daily walk in the vineyard.
You might even see that your 'quiet time' doesn't have to be all at one shot at all and will be easier to accomplish than Daytimering yourself to anxious frustration in your self imposed overly busy schedule!!
